If you run into a bug, notice a translation issue, or want to share feedback while using Grately, feel free to email us. Including your device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of the issue helps us investigate faster.

Journal Data and Device Changes

Grately currently stores journal records locally on your device without account-based sync. If you uninstall the app, change devices, or reset your device, some or all entries may not be recoverable, so please keep this in mind when managing important reflections.

Reminders and Premium Help

If reminders are not arriving, please first check your notification permission and any battery-saving settings on your device. If your premium or free-trial status does not look right, letting us know which app marketplace account you are using and whether you tried restoring purchases will help us troubleshoot.
