1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bloomly, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
2 Service Overview
Bloomly is an app that provides category-based affirmation cards and personalization features. The service may include onboarding selections for categories, reminder time, theme, icon, and font, along with today's affirmation cards, favorites, share card saving and sharing, reminder settings, privacy mode, language settings, free trial access, and paid unlock options. The service currently does not require account registration, and key user settings and access state are stored locally on the user's device.
3 License to Use the Service
The operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Bloomly on devices that you lawfully own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
4 Personalization Settings and Local Storage
You are responsible for the settings and outcomes associated with your selected categories, favorites, reminder mode, privacy mode, theme, font, app icon, language, free-trial state, and unlock state. Because Bloomly does not provide a developer-managed account server or cloud sync, some or all data may not be recoverable if the app is deleted, the device is changed, or the device is reset.
5 Free Trial, Lifetime Unlock, and Payments
Bloomly may offer access models such as a 7-day free trial or a lifetime unlock within the app. The actual product structure, pricing, and delivery method may be governed by the in-app information and app marketplace listing available at the time of use. If paid functionality such as a lifetime unlock is offered, billing, purchase restoration, cancellation, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of app marketplace operators such as the Apple App Store and Google Play.
6 Permissions and Device Features
The service may use device permissions and platform features such as notification permission for affirmation reminders, photo or media-storage access for saving card images, and operating-system share functionality for external sharing. You may decline such permission requests, but doing so may limit or prevent certain features from functioning properly.
7 User Responsibility and Sharing Features
You are responsible for any affirmation card images you save or share externally through the app and for the consequences of such use. Sharing to external services occurs only through actions that you explicitly choose, and the policies and terms of the selected external service may apply.
8 Prohibited Conduct
You may not interfere with the normal operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, abnormally bypass access restrictions or paid flows, reverse engineer the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or engage in any conduct that violates applicable law or public order and morals.
9 Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party services or platform features such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, operating-system notification services, image saving and sharing features, and platform review-prompt functionality. Changes in policy, outages, discontinuation, or billing practices for those services may be outside the operator's control.
10 Service Changes and Suspension
The operator may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the service. Certain features may be temporarily or permanently limited due to maintenance, device conditions, network status, app marketplace policies, or third-party service outages. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.
11 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent allowed by law, the operator may limit liability for data loss, feature restrictions, or usage-related damages arising from the user's device, operating system, network conditions, app deletion, device changes, denied permissions, external sharing, or third-party services.
