If you run into a bug, notice a translation issue, or want to share UX feedback while using Bloomly, feel free to email us. Including your device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of the issue helps us investigate faster.

Reminders and Privacy Mode

If reminders are not arriving, please first check your notification permission and any battery-saving settings on your device. If you do not want affirmation text to appear on your lock screen, you can enable privacy mode in Settings so only a generic reminder message is shown.

Saving, Sharing, Trial, and Unlock Help

You may see permission prompts when saving card images, and external sharing is handled through the app you explicitly choose from the system share sheet. If your free-trial or lifetime-unlock status does not look right, letting us know which app marketplace account you are using and whether you tried restoring purchases will help us troubleshoot.
