1 Overview
Bloomly is a personal wellness app that delivers category-based affirmation cards. During onboarding, users can choose focus categories, reminder time, theme, app icon, and font, then continue using features such as today's affirmation cards, favorites, image saving and sharing, reminder settings, privacy mode, language settings, free trial access, and paid unlock options. Bloomly does not require account registration and does not provide a developer-operated account system or cloud sync server. Most app data is stored locally on the user's device.
2 Information Processed
Depending on the features you use, Bloomly may process the following information on your device: Personalization settings such as selected affirmation categories, favorite affirmation IDs, language, theme, font, and app icon Reminder settings such as reminder time, reminder mode, category-specific reminder times, and privacy mode Access-related information such as free-trial start date, lifetime unlock state, and purchase restoration status In-app usage flow data such as review-prompt display state This information is stored and processed primarily on-device, and the developer does not directly collect it into a separate remote database.
3 Notifications and Privacy Mode
Bloomly may request notification permission in order to provide daily affirmation reminders. Users can choose from once-daily, multiple-daily, or category-based reminder schedules, and privacy mode can be enabled so that only a generic message appears on the lock screen instead of the affirmation text itself. When privacy mode is turned off, notifications may include category information or a preview of the affirmation.
4 Saving Images, Sharing, and Device Permissions
Bloomly supports saving affirmation cards as images and sharing them through external apps. If a user chooses to save a card image to the device gallery, photo library, media storage, or related system permissions may be required. Image files that a user explicitly chooses to save or share are handled through the operating system's save and share features, and the developer does not automatically upload them to a separate server.
5 Free Trial, Payments, and App Review
Bloomly may store a locally managed 7-day free-trial state on the device in order to determine access. If the service offers paid functionality such as a lifetime unlock, payment processing and purchase restoration may be handled through app marketplace providers such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app may also display rating or review prompts based on user actions, and such prompts are handled through platform-provided services.
6 Third-Party Services
Bloomly may use the following third-party services or platform features: Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (payments and purchase restoration) Local notification services provided by the operating system Operating-system features for saving images, sharing files, and opening external share targets Platform review-prompt functionality These providers may process information independently under their own policies, and the developer does not directly control those processing activities.
7 Data Storage
Most app data, including selected categories, favorites, reminder settings, theme, font, icon choice, free-trial state, and premium unlock state, is stored locally on the user's device. thenovary does not currently provide a developer-operated cloud sync or backup server for Bloomly user data.
8 Data Sharing
thenovary does not sell users' personal information. However, relevant information may be processed by third-party providers or operating-system features to the extent necessary for payments, purchase restoration, image saving and sharing, local notifications, and platform review prompts. If a user explicitly shares an affirmation card, that content will be handled according to the policies of the external service selected by the user.
9 Retention and User Controls
Because most Bloomly data is stored locally, users can directly change category choices, favorites, reminders, privacy mode, and appearance settings, and can end local retention by uninstalling the app. Images already saved or shared, as well as app marketplace purchase records, may be managed separately according to the storage location or platform policies involved.
10 Children's Privacy
Bloomly is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, and thenovary does not knowingly collect personal information from children through any developer-operated account system.
11 Security
Bloomly relies on local device storage and the security features provided by the operating system. While reasonable efforts are made to support secure use of the service, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12 Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to feature changes, legal requirements, or changes to third-party services. Any revisions will be posted on this page together with an updated effective date.
